The big addition for 1.5.4 is are the "Fast Track" actions. These can be found in the consultants menu and allow you to spend influence to get one-time boosts. And they can be repeated - if you have enough influence!
We're also announcing a new content pack - Miami Malls - which will be available on July 13. Check out the store page for more details!

- New "Fast Track" actions in the Consultants dialog. You can spend influence to get one-time boosts, and repeat them as many times as desired (but their price goes up over time). Each fast track action unlocks only after unlocking the entire category of upgrades.

Office workers and residents will get a happiness boost from using amenities near their office or home, and some of them provide additional benefits as well.
- New mechanics for grime control: custodial broom closets can be placed in the building, to reduce grime production on the entire floor. However their total number is limited and they require custodial supply rooms to support them.
